Winemaker With his 27 hectares of biodynamic vineyards on the slopes of Trespoux, the highest area of the Cahors appellation, Fabien Jouves offers a range of pure wines that respect the identity of the terroirs, to the point of claiming the geological origin on the label of his bottles... from Burgundy. He sometimes ages the same wines in tuns, barrels, jars or eggs, without ever losing sight of the unique expression of Malbec. His wines are structured, yet elegant, fresh and velvety.
