Carefully crafted by a professional who knows his stuff. You can buy everything from cheese to cream, milk, lump butter and eggs, while the other side of the shop sells fine poultry (chicken, duckling, Label Rouge guinea fowl from the Landes region...). There's also a fine collection of farm goats, as well as blue cheeses and mountain tommes, and a half-and-half fondue (Swiss Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois) to warm you up in winter.
