A new boutique adjoining the workshop has enabled Isabelle and Frédéric Gay to modernize their sales outlet. Ganache under the Pavé d'Or, a delicate coating of candied oranges or bars with up to 85% cocoa... And still a central address at 3 rue Blatin.
