It's a Belfort institution, in existence since 1964 and now run by Éric Vergne. The house offers a wide range of pleasures, above all fine pastries and chocolates (ganaches, croquants, tablettes), but also a fine catering menu, with recipes for every meal. The establishment also offers ice cream.
