Bakery Since setting up shop, Fabrice and Maryse Thomasset have seen their regular clientele grow. Residents of L'Hermitage and the surrounding area appreciate the warm welcome from Clara, Anaïs and Laura, as well as the variety of products on offer from this artisanal bakery. Fabrice, who has been at the bakery for 40 years, and Florian, his second pastry chef, bake bread, viennoiseries and pastries every day using quality products: flours from the Bertho and Pivan mills, PDO butter and fresh fruit. Among the house's wide range of speciality breads is the Granitik with fruit: made with several flours - wheat, rye, barley and oats - sunflower seeds, brown linseed, yellow linseed and sesame seeds, as well as dried fruit, it brings pleasure and vitality. Tradition, always fresh, is used to make the generously filled sandwiches that make up one of the many snacking options. On the pastry side, traditional recipes such as flan, fresh fruit tarts and millefeuille rub shoulders with great Sunday cakes. People come from far and wide to place their order!
