Producer
A fixture on the Cahors culinary scene, Maison Sudreau is a century-old name, originally specializing in foie gras production, but now touching on all aspects of the table. Originally a cannery founded in 1897, it now showcases its delights at both the Halles de Cahors and its boutique on boulevard Léon Gambetta: foies gras, of course, but also black truffles, traditional ready-cooked dishes (cassoulet, confit de canard etc.), pâtés and charcuterie, as well as delicatessen products. Right next door, you'll find their wine cellar.
