Pastry Yvon Receveur's passion for the bakery-pastry-making profession began during an internship in junior high school. This enthusiasm has never left him, as demonstrated by his commitment in the early hours of the morning, when everyone is still asleep. Yvon makes everything by the book, using only the finest raw materials. No frozen products or other preparations. And taste buds of all ages and diets are delighted. On the bakery side, while the baguette Tradition is a best-seller, the speciality breads are sure to please. In the patisserie department, gourmands and gourmet palates love the local fruit tarts and entremets as much as the éclairs. Every day, they fall for the viennoiseries and pure butter brioches with their sweet flavours of yesteryear. What's more, Maison Receveur has created a fine range of snacks including sandwiches, quiches, pizzas, focaccias, pies and other pâtés from Lorraine. And, for your receptions, delicious creations will delight your guests.
