Just a stone's throw from the Palace of Versailles, Maison Polomé is opening a new chapter in its history under the leadership of Paul and Salomé, a young couple of passionate artisans who have taken over the bakery from their former employers. Surrounded by a close-knit team, they bring their exacting craftsmanship to life every day through fresh, seasonal products and carefully selected ingredients. In the display case, you’ll find sourdough and low-gluten breads, such as those made with einkorn wheat or corn, a traditional baguette made with French flour, pure-butter pastries—including the irresistible “Douceur Bretonne”—as well as signature pastries such as the Gianduja or the vanilla-pecan tartlet. At lunchtime, a generous selection of snacks—available in vegetarian, vegan, or halal options—invites everyone to create their own gourmet break according to their preferences.
