Description
Carryout Lunch, dinner, tea party, private or professional event, simple family moment: home chef or caterer on delivery, Maison Pluriel invites itself to every meal. Vegetarian, omnivorous, gluten-free, made-to-measure, Maison Pluriel adapts to every profile. Caroline Poincloux, founder of the concept, offers creative French cuisine, 100% artisanal, open and spontaneous. Above all, she has convictions: "I've become aware of the need to make the ecosystem of taste artisans work, from the earth to the plate. It's crucial for me to be a responsible caterer, a whole basis that has been lost in gastronomy and that needs to be rehabilitated". At Maison Pluriel, there's no menu, just recipes based on what Caroline finds at local producers' markets. The dishes create discovery, reinventing themselves. Favourite dishes include the 100% plant-based crispy pithiviers, the colourful radish ravioli, and the indestructible and regressive Paris Brest cacahuète. A Maison with a culinary spirit in tune with the times.
