A little bit of everything in this large, regionalist boutique, where homemade products and recipes take center stage. Over four decades, Denis Paillot has turned it into a regional ambassador of quality, extending the butchery-charcuterie business to include wines, cheeses and patisserie to fully garnish the Burgundian table. A wide range of preserves, condiments, mustard, jams, beers... while retaining, of course, the specialities (andouillette, andouille fumée, jambon persillé, escargots...).
