The story of a cereal farm transformed into a dairy farm by Yann Madelaine. With milk from cows still grazing, the teams make yoghurts and cheeses now sold in Villeneuve-le-Comte. These local products are complemented by a thousand and one cheeses that only France knows how to make, such as this Ossau-Iraty from Ferme de Miramon.
