You don't enter the Lesage house with all your... wisdom. Indeed, it's hard to resist the range of homemade ice creams in a multitude of flavors (peach-verbena, strawberry-basil...), or the jams made from Venasque cherries, Baronnies apricots, Corsican clementines... Laurent and Florence don't choose their ingredients at random: Échiré butter, Marseille figs and Valrhona chocolate all go into their perfect compositions.
