The laboratory reflects the quality ambitions of this three-headed association, where Valérie, Patrice and Laurent offer personalized buffets. Jambon blanc, stuffings, boudins... are prepared on site and available to order 48 hours in advance. The sales outlets are located in Angoulême at the Halles market and Place Victor-Hugo on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from 8am to 1pm, with a butcher's shop, rotisserie and hotplates for ready-to-go cooked preparations. A brasserie run by the same company is also present under the halles on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 2pm.
