Bakery
The artisan baker, Compagnon du Devoir, and his Japanese baker wife have set up shop in Asnières, the first address outside Paris, before being joined by those in Lille and Levallois Perret (not forgetting the two addresses in Tokyo!). This dispersal enables them to make their quality products more widely known, with flours from controlled, reasoned cultivation as their base and sourdoughs prepared in-house. The products are top-notch, especially the traditional ones, which sell like hotcakes.
