Bakery The artisan baker, Compagnon du Devoir, and his Japanese baker wife have set up shop in Asnières, the only address (for the moment) outside Paris. This dispersal enables them to promote their quality products more widely, using flours from controlled, sustainable cultivation and sourdoughs prepared in-house. The products are top-notch, especially the traditional ones, which sell like hotcakes.
