At an altitude of 1,000 m, carefully selected farmhouse cheeses from the surrounding area are lovingly cared for by Joseph Paccard's team of artisan cheese ripeners. Artisanal methods do not detract from efficient marketing. The Thônes valley's producers and small local artisanal cheese dairies are showcased through meticulous attention to detail throughout the production process.
