Winemaker Jean-Claude Boisset was founded in 1961. In 2002, it repositioned itself on the high-end of its 40 ha of vines. Grégory Patriat, trained at Lalou Bize-Leroy, signs the house wines, vinified in the cuverie at the Ursulines convent, a place dear to Jean-Claude Boisset, in Nuits-Saint-Georges. This winery, entirely dedicated to couture wines, was built almost three hundred years after the construction of the Ursulines convent, in 1717.
