Gault&Millau's review
Winemaker Olivier Decelle and Pierre-Jean Villa, both winegrowers in other regions (Roussillon and Saint-Emilion for the former, Northern Rhône for the latter) and lovers of Burgundy, set up their domaine in 2009 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, where they have installed their cellar. Initially based on grape purchases, which have now been discontinued, Domaine Decelle-Villa now cultivates 9 hectares of beautiful terroirs, and the entire vineyard is certified organic by Ecocert. The wines are truly worth discovering.
