Originally from Mortagne-au-Perche, Sylvain Gasdon travelled extensively (Paris, Antony, New York) before setting up his own charcuterie in Orsay with his wife. In this century-old store, they offer foie gras macaroons, award-winning fromage de tête and a traditional black pudding that won 1st prize with Grill d'Or at the 55th Mortagne-au-Perche black pudding fair.
