A reputation that has held up well for over sixty years, with a display of hanging hams full of promise. You can buy whole hams, or vacuum-packed portions, like Juan Pedro Domecq's iberico. You'll also find home-made charcuterie, Toulouse sausage and sausages, knuckle of pork and pig's trotters, filet mignon and roast pork, as well as rillons, tripe, pâtés and home-made cassoulet.
