Magali Frizot, the daughter of caterers, is no stranger to gourmet pleasures. Attracted by sweet preparations, it was only natural for her to take up pastry-making and take over the Fouquiau house, which has been home to 3 generations of locals. Taking up the house's classics, she gradually introduces her creations such as crispy spreads: caramel and fleur de sel, chocolate cake, pistachio-chocolate roll, strawberry jam and macaroonade shortbread, Crunchy (crispy puffed rice and creamy chocolate) and the revisited tatin, chosen by a Japanese store to represent French culture in Hosaka.
