Confectionery
Founded in 1800, this family-run confectionery is a local institution. It was officially designated as the sole creator of the "Bêtise de Cambrai", the famous little mint candy with a caramel line running through it. It has multiplied through the ages to be flavored with apple, orange, praline... And, because the greats claimed their own Bêtise, we now find Bêtise cream digestif and syrup to flavor sorbet or pie.
