Butchery Maurice and Christian Depoux succeeded each other in this family business, which is now run by Hubert and Vincent, who have followed in the footsteps of a well-established tradition, with a modern twist. Today's communication tools make it possible to promote craftsmen who still have talent and scruples. Depoux is one of them. Awarded the Qualichef label in 2013, it plays an active role in gastronomic weeks: liver mousse, fromage de tête and jambon blanc are all on the shelves... The butcher's shop is not to be outdone, with a number of good recipes on a well-kept Facebook page. And the delicatessen preparations are part of the same dynamic, Depoux-style.
