Fine grocery One of the great charcuterie houses of Chablis, remarkable first and foremost for its historic façade, marking the almost one hundred and forty years of the company's existence. Behind the moldings, the varnished wood and the gold lettering, you'll find a time-honored tradition of rediscovering local recipes, including the unmissable andouillettes au chablis, classic and 5A, andouille chasseur au marc, jambon persillé, boudin noir aux oignons and grattons de porc.
