Gault&Millau's review

Confectionery At the outset, there was a favorable terrain for growing fruit, suitable production, a high-traffic area and a gourmet clientele that contributed to the development of local confectionery. Cruzilles is the latest. With the advice of a MOF, Cruzilles has created several recipes: candied oranges, candied Espelette pepper and the inevitable fruit jellies.
