Biscuit bakery The company, founded in 2021, reflects this return to craftsmanship and regional identity, driving the creation of more virtuous products, close to terroir and tradition. The young establishment offers a fine range of Provence-inspired cookies, just over a dozen of exemplary execution: hazelnut and fleur de sel cocoa, honey and sesame shortbread, aniseed and orange blossom navettes.
