It's a fifty-year family adventure, today crowned with success with their two stores in Saint-Privat and Le Puy, under the direction of MOF Mickaël Chabanon, the latest generation. Their store on the Place du Breuil is splendid, with beautiful glass cabinets to admire the exceptional meats, local meats always on display, beef from Aubrac, black from Velay, pork from Haute-Loire. You'll also find a wide range of charcuterie and delicatessen dishes.
