Michel and Jean-Gabriel represent the fourth generation of Cavalier bakers to hold the recipe for the fouace de Campagnac. Created 90 years ago, this orange blossom-scented brioche bread with a hole in the center was originally a dessert cake. The Cavalier family's store, which has been in business for decades, also sells excellent bread and a number of sweet treats inspired by regional products. Two other addresses in Saint-Saturnin-de-Lenne and Saint-Geniez-d'Olt.
