This cookie factory is run by the founder's granddaughter, Léa, who is carrying on the family tradition and expanding into export markets. No synthetic products are used in the production process: croquant de Cordes, made from sugar, egg white and almond, gâteau à la broche, flavored with rum and bitter almond... The workshops are open to visitors free of charge, with a tasting session.
