La Maison d'Edouard Bor celebrates its 90th anniversary this year. Carcassonnais are used to frequenting this well-stocked corner shop, which also boasts a large terrace where you can enjoy a hot drink or even a spritz. Alongside the confectionery, nougats and fruit jellies, there's also a more extensive menu for the table, with salads and even cassoulet.
