Bakery Marc Bigot, originally from Normandy, runs this dynamic business with his wife and nephew Clément, who is in charge of the bakery department. The shop has a tempting window display, the breads are of good quality and the pastries classic, with seasonal fruit tarts, nuns... the house specialty remains the pavé versaillais: granny smith compote with salted butter caramel covered with puff pastry, and salmon coulibiac for the catering side.
