Founded in 1929, Maison Bigot has cultivated a passion for bakery-pastry-catering for three generations. Marc Bigot, pâtissier-chocolatier, offers a new range made with fresh local produce. Fruit and vegetables come from the family gardens and orchards of Normandy, the cradle of this gourmet family culture. The fourth generation, represented by son Arthur Bigot, head chef at L'Orangerie de Monsieur in Versailles, now carries on the values of work well done and good taste passed on by his father.
