It's an address you'd like to keep to yourself. In this small Aveyron town, Maison Baldy has a solid reputation. Formerly a restaurant, this place has been devoted to good food for several generations, and is now run by Laurent Monestié, who prepares delicious local products. Beef cheeks with marcillac, veal shank with orange, pork pâté with thyme, tripoux. Certainly excellent jars!
