Delicatessen It's an address you'd like to keep to yourself. In this small Aveyron town, Maison Baldy has a solid reputation. Formerly a restaurant, this place has been devoted to good food for several generations, and is now run by Laurent Monestié, who prepares delicious local products. An online store (www.maison-baldy.fr) and for those passing through: a phone call to place an order, a ring for supplies. Beef cheeks with marcillac, veal shank with orange, pork pâté with thyme, tripoux. Certainly excellent jars!
