Carryout Because he loves his job as a charcuterie-caterer, Mathieu Mairé is also a caterer whose talent is increasingly in demand. That's why his stores in Échiré, open since 2003, and Cherveux, open since 2020, are always busy. Lovers of good things will find his homemade products, such as his famous, often award-winning black pudding, pâtés, rillettes... All his products are made from Ocean-labeled pork, which he selects with care and receives whole before working on it, alone in his laboratory.
