A beautiful boutique in a buoyant corner, a personal choice asserted and asserted: this cellar is like no other, claiming to belong to no chapel, apart from the freedom to work with one winemaker rather than another. The result is a committed selection of wines from both large and small regions, with many discoveries to be made, particularly in the Loire and Burgundy regions (strong values such as Mugnier, Jayer and Mugneret, but also Caroline Morey's Beaune Grèves...), but also in Champagne.
