Gressins with buckwheat and rosemary, buckwheat potato chips and Breton granola (cereals, caramelized nuts with salted butter and chocolate chips) are three of Mademoiselle Breizh's specialties, which showcase local produce. The organic flours chosen have enabled the creation of original Breton-sounding products. The business dates back to 2015, when Vincent Latouche, pastry chef, and Émilie, trained in communications and hospitality, embarked on a joint adventure that took them back to their homeland. Healthy, tasty, modern... and buckwheat (which serves as the base for flours used in the famous buckwheat crêpes) inspired them to develop an interesting range of products.
