Winemaker Le Caveau de Bacchus is the vineyard created by Lucien Aviet, nicknamed "Bacchus" by his friends! A great Jura man! For over 50 years, he made wine on this 6-hectare estate in the Arbois appellation, in the commune of Montigny-lès-Arsures. His son Vincent Aviet now runs the Caveau. He vinifies and ages all their vintages in foudres, and the bottles are waxed. To discover.
