Carryout Michael Sordelli, originally from Lucca (the Italian town twinned with Colmar), chose the right place to set up shop with his partner Sandrine. Having worked at Schillinger's, the young chef is able to renew his offer each day with a new menu that offers a pleasant panorama of Italian domestic cuisine: squid stuffed with vegetables, lean meat and homemade ravioli with chanterelles and Sicilian eggplant the other day. The catering menu includes classics such as lasagne and vitello tonnato, and pizzas on weekends. Good choice of Italian wines, a wide variety of antipasti and quality charcuterie. Catering area on site.
