Originally from Lucca, Michael Sordelli opened his Italian catering business with Sandrine Gonthier. The house offers both a weekly menu with dishes to discover on site, and a range of recipes to take away: linguine alle vongole, vitello tonnato, tagliolini with black summer truffle, arancini, lasagne, pizza or skate wing with pesto rosso and capers.
