Roaster A new concept? Yes and no, rather a return to the roots of a product consumed daily by most of us. We're talking about coffee here, which can be consumed on the spot, with service provided by barristas who prepare the recipes. The important thing is to better appreciate the product you're consuming by learning where it comes from and how it's made. Espresso, cappuccino, macchiato... the boutique offers fresh coffee, in bulk, and you can enjoy the pleasant smells of the roasting process. Custom-made, biodegradable cornstarch pods are also available. E-innovation projects are underway: recipe subscriptions, courses and new boutiques...
