Gault&Millau's review

Winemaker Gascony's Lionel Osmin, an ambassador for the South-West, works with Damiens Sartori, a talented oenologist, to revisit the appellations and grape varieties of his region. While he knows how to make wines with grapes from elsewhere, it's in the local area that Lionel Osmin is at his best, with precise, honed cuvées de terroir. For example, the wine merchant from Pau offers a dry white from the mountainous Jurançon terroirs, a sign of his determination to seek out freshness.
