Alizée Deffontaines’ creations leave no one indifferent. With slightly reduced sugar content, the classics of French pastry are all perfectly arranged in the shop, such as the Exquis (a light mousse with orange blossom, pistachio cream, pistachio praline, and sweet pastry dough), the pavlova, the Paris-Brest, and the coffee tart. Chocolates, travel cakes, and macarons round out the selection, which those in a hurry can enjoy on the spot in the tea room.
