Description

Bakery Awarded a Compagnon in 2012 and a baker for 19 years, Florian Catinel likes to challenge himself. Hence the name of his bakery, Les Saveurs du Savoir, opened in 2024. With his team, he makes everything homemade from high-quality, local or short-run products. The flours used are organic or 100% traditional French, with no additives. They are made from non-hybridized wheat, on natural sourdough. The very long fermentation process develops the aromas. The crumb is fat and honeycombed, the crust fine and beautifully colored. Some fifteen loaves are produced every day, from baguettes to speciality breads. Country cakes, Norwegian fruit cakes and focaccia are all very popular. As for viennoiseries, brioches and panettone (Florian's favorite) are available all year round. Numerous tarts, travel cakes, flans and dry cakes complete this appetizing offer. You can also enjoy sandwiches, salads, hot dogs and pizzas on the terrace or to take away... An artisanal savoir-faire that delights regulars and visiting tourists alike! Open Monday to Saturday, 6am to 7pm, closed on Sundays.
