Wine merchant A cellar of seemingly innocuous proportions, containing some fine quilles and rarities, such as the Schiste des Ardoisières in magnum, the Cisselande from Clos de la Bonnette or the pleasant Pom'n Rol from Gombaude Guillot, in a selection deliberately geared towards biodynamic and natural methods, which doesn't exclude the big labels or prominent winemakers (Fanny Sabre, Chantal Lescure, Eric Nicolas...). A good choice of proprietary champagnes.
