Wine merchant The cellar of Jean-Charles Halley, winner of the Sommelier Trophy in 2022 for his eponymous restaurant, is the best in Caen in the natural wine segment. His warm welcome and erudition provide an excellent introduction to the genre, represented by several hundred references. On the shelves: Jocelyn Staderoli, domaine du Facteur, la Grange aux belles, Léo Dirringer, Camille et Mathieu Apffel, Yvon Métras, Robin Carette and more. A fine selection of beers too.
