Right in the center of Avallon, this family-run cookie factory opened in 2004 as a streamlined, designer boutique, with flowery flagstone floors and stone prints on the walls. The company specializes in macaroons, made to traditional recipes. Boxes of 12 or 25 macaroons are available, as well as "pièces montées".
