Gault&Millau's review
Cheese dairy Patrice and Eric Marchand run this house, founded in 1880, alongside their brother Philippe, who has brought back to life local specialties such as the famous gros-lorrain, rubbed with mirabelle plum alcohol, the very runny poiré de Meuse, refined with pear alcohol and flavored with crushed hazelnuts, and the carré de l'est, creamy and silky, almost childlike.
