Pastry
It's a family business, but no less successful for Mickaël Aubière, who cut his pastry teeth in the South-West. His tour from Gironde to Gers made a stop in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, next to his parents' Chai restaurant. Galettes charentaises, apple millas, fish soups for the catering side... Regional specialties hold no secrets for him, and his brother is in charge of communications. We wish him all the best for the future.
