Butchery Between Yssingeaux and Le Puy, the former Salaisons du Velay have found a beautiful space of almost 200 m2 to showcase the quality of the work of its charcutiers. Ham, sausage and salami take pride of place, and a butcher's department completes the range, featuring the finest local meats, including Aubrac and fin gras du Mézenc.
