Wine merchant A serious cellar, which knows how to highlight its choices, sometimes pushing lesser-known vintages to reference estates (such as Eric Nicolas' Effraie en coteaux du Loir or Domaine des Closiers' Allegory en saumur). A wide choice of champagnes as well as whiskies and rums, all regions well represented, Loire (a fine collection of Clos Rougeard) as well as Rhône alongside Burgundy and Bordeaux, great vintages and small appellations, normal prices with no weaknesses.
