Calissons d'Aix, the famous shuttle-shaped sweets, have made the reputation of Provencal gastronomy. Die-hard fans can buy them on the spot. The range has been extended to include calissons d'Exception, also filled with honey, chestnuts, Espelette pepper, verbena citrus, Corsican clementine... flavors that dare to challenge conventional wisdom. The range is complemented by a fine selection of nougats, cookies and jams... The parent company remains based in Aix.
