This is the second in-house address, the first having opened in 2016 in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The patisserie has the particularity of offering cakes and other delights accessible to people with diabetes (type 1 and 2), as well as to anyone wishing to reduce their sugar intake. Founded by Alixe Bornon, with the complicity of Dr. Jean-Michel Borys and pastry chef Louis Taine, the house invites you to discover its original low-glycemic creations, including chocolate bars, coconut-pineapple entremet, intense vanilla-chocolate, morello cherry-ginger tart and chocolate-hazelnut cookies.
