Although the Bistrot des Belles Caves has changed hands, the boutique in the Halles remains firmly in its place, offering the same exacting selection of wines from the Loire as from other regions. These are fine names and excellent advice for all occasions, with domaine Hauvette, Cornin, du Valbrun, Xavier Braujou, Denizot, Roederer, domaine des Croix... You'll also find an excellent range of spirits, craft beers and sakes. The company also has boutiques in Chambray, Joué, Charentilly, Saint-Avertin and Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire.
